What is this?
The project Forget About It is a result of creating patterns and visuals out of Nirvana’s songs. I choose the album Nevermind, and for each song of that record, I took the shape of the tracks’ sound waves to create visual experiments.
The project Forget About It is a result of creating patterns and visuals out of Nirvana’s songs. I choose the album Nevermind, and for each song of that record, I took the shape of the tracks’ sound waves to create visual experiments.
Throughout the project there is text. Sometimes the text are part of the lyrics of each song, and in some of them I did a bit of an intervention. Despite the visible text, some hidden words can be found in between the patterns.
These words were also generated by creative coding.
This digital project was turned into a booklet (zine), featuring all the experiments done to create the results.
